- A Franchisee is expected to work under the
name ‘PashuBazar Service Center’
and provide services to the farmers.
- The Franchisee will display prominently
in the regional language list of services offered
and the rates thereof. The service fee to be charged will be
indicated by PashuBazar.
- The services such as registration of animals
for 'Sale', registration of the farmers for
‘Purchase of Animals’, sale/purchase
of farm, machinery, information, etc.
- The Franchisee will be offered 'online
training' or if desired one day training in Thane,
for which the Franchisee will have to attend on own cost.
- The Franchisee will have to abide
by the rules and orders of the PashuBazar, any non-compliance
will result in cancellation of the contract.
- Once the license fee is paid, it will
not be returned on any grounds.
- For renewal of license fee, the application
will have to be submitted at least one week in advance.
